I called @ 530 pm Friday to make an appointment at 1pm Saturday. Unfortunately my plans got changed so I called to change my appointment to a different day and the girl that answered said that I was still going to be charged the full 40$ and was very rude. If I would've been informed about this at the time that I made the appointment I would've just walked in. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was never called back. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

First the straightened my hair to the wrong side then the girl at the register said I should give a better heads up next time I come and tell them I have "textured" hair because not all stylists are comfortable with my hair and it could take them two hours to do if I'm not better at warning... Well if your stylists are that equipped they can handle all types of hair and your wording is not very customer friendly and discriminatory. For the record I don't have textured hair.

I happen to walk in on a Sunday due to the fact the hobby lobby was closed. I had recently injured my arm and it was very hard to wash, dry and style my very long and thick hair. The staff at the front counter were very friendly and kind. I ask many questions and they answered every single one of them. So I got teamed up with Mackenzie. Bethany was awesome! I have long, very thick hair and she was able to put curls in that stayed for 2 day!!! Totally relaxed atmosphere and a great place a BFF date
Bethany did a wonderful job! I have very thick curly hair and she did it under a hour and it lasted 4 days without frizz!
