This place is absolutely amazing and they do an awesome job. I've been here twice now and both times I had a great experience 1st visit: I can remember i got there before they closed during the week and had Jill do an amazing job with my hair. I was hopping on a plane to New York that evening to attend a wedding the next day. Jill styled my hair so that I was picture perfect ready when I got to the wedding. First off Lady was super rude from the start never let me explain that I had reservations from 4-6, emails proving my times. She then says they close at 5 on Saturday when clearly on here says they are open till 7. I will never come back here, plus try answering the phone with the smile it will help with the rudeness.
Very rude and unprofessional. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. STAY AWAY.
RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! Please please please do not waste your time with these people. We had reservations for a bridal party, took a $40 cab drive there for them to tell us they were closing two hours earlier than posted...AND... they didn't have a reservation for us!! Hideous!! The good reviews on here must come from the employees!!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never try to go there again, and being a hairdresser myself this is not how you run a business.
