Loved my first experience at Blo. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The products my stylist used on me made my hair feel silky and smooth and gave my hair a great sheen to it. I got tons of compliments. Thanks, Amanda P., for doing such an awesome job. I will be back again soon!!!
I always have awesome tresses when I leave the salon. The hairdressers are so friendly and always do an awesome job. I get so many compliments on my hair. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to look fabulous at a party or just because!
Whenever I need my hair done quick and perfect I go to Blo. They have a variety of style options and every single stylist has a unique way of providing a beautiful updo or a beautiful curl out. I absolutely love seeing Amanda but when she isn't available anyone else will do that's not the way it is at other salons. Had a great experience on Saturday.. on time, in and out quickly and my hair was exactly what I wanted and held up all night and still going into the next day!
We went to Blo Charlotte to get our hair done for my cousin's wedding. They were very nice at first, but then the hair dresser for the bride showed up 30-45 minutes late. My hair dresser "looked" for me, but "couldn't find me" so I had to ask several times when I was going to get my hair done. To top it all off, the mother of the bride was getting her hair done as well, and her hair dresser was horrible. She styled the hair 3 times and it looked absolute horrible. Staff was helpful for a very indecisive bride to be! Great prompt service and my hair looked beautiful for my bridal portraits! Not to mention the mimosas were delicious. So excited to come back may 8th with the whole bridal party to get us ready for the big day! Thanks for a great experience!
My stylist was great but overall we had a poor experience. We had a big group go together and none of our appointments were together. We were told 4 would go at 6:30 and 5 at 7:15. It was very unorganized. The front desk attendant was rude to several girls in our party and seemed like she had no clue what was going on the whole night. I will say my stylist did an excellent job and had a great attitude though.
I went this morning and had a great experience my stylist did a great job and I will be going back they make you feel like your on top of the world.
