The place and people are nice. Everyone is friendly. Lots of color options. I was disappointed in my manicure because the water for my nails was cold and didn't have soap or anything that I have experienced in the past and things felt rushed. I also had a nail peel 2 days after. They did fix it with no issues when I returned. I would like to give them another try.

I went in wanting Hawaiian nail designs and I waste of time picking out the colors after I show the design and then they ask all the designers And the person that was doing To do somebody else and wasting my time because they couldn’t do it after all so do not waste your money or your time coming here what a waste

Joe is my go-to for a great mani and nail art and Alyssa is amazing as my pedi guru. My husband also gets mani’s and pedi’s. He has had appointments with both Luna and Melina and thinks they’re awesome!

Went with my daughter. We arrived early and they got us right in, the staff were friendly. We were happy with our gel nails, but a week later two of mine had come off and two weeks later four of them had come off. I was expecting them to last at least a few weeks before they started to fall off.

If I could give zero stars I would, The worst nails i've ever had done. A week later and they've completely popped off, also no transparency on price and wound up charged $80 plus $10 tip for nails that look horrendous. I sent multiple photos of them only to be offered a credit bc they "can't" do refunds even after telling them numerous times I don't live in the state. Received no response and no resolution afterwards.
