Very discouraging experience today at what USED to be my mother and I’s favorite salon. Went to Blūm for years and then took a break when we moved away. Tried it again today only to be left very disappointed. I had my toes repeatedly filed even AFTER I told the tech that he was rubbing my skin raw. As you can see in the photos, he finally did end up breaking the skin. Also had the gel on one of my toes pop off almost immediately after they finished the pedicure.
