Horrible experience! Had Upholstery cleaned and the untrained tech did not use any water barrier (ie tarp) to cover my hardwood (laminate) floors. As he was cleaning, a large puddle of water formed on the floor. As a result a significant section of the flooring is ruined. I invited BLM to come back and inspect the work. They set a time/date but did not show up. Not I am getting no response from them. They do not answer emails, they do not return phone calls, they DO NOT CARE. Next step is BBB and WA ST. Thanks to your great customer service in helping to set a routine cleaning our offices. We have had such a hard time finding a good housekeeping that is reliable. I did my walk through with the landlord the next day and she said I should get all of my deposit back. Thanks again for doing such a great job. Also you should know my landlord took one of your cards for herself. She made the statement that the house never looked cleaner and the carpets almost new.
