Tech was "slow" in mental capacity (owners wording), he pulled out our flower bed, didn't suck the water back out of the carpet hindering the dry time, almost broke other stuff inside the home because he wasn't watching the huge hose and what he was doing. Also ended up over charging on the agreed upon phone price. Half these reviews are from the owners family members. Joke of a company.

I though the BLM carpet cleaner did a great job on my carpets in my apartment. I was impressed that I had them add my couch and love seat. Again he did a great job and the price was very fair. They didn’t even charge me for a juice stain they got out of the couch from my son. I would recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I hired BLM housekeepers to do a deep clean on our new house we bought. It was new for us but was bought from a previous owner. So I don’t need to stress I wanted our new house to have a deep clean to ensure no signs of the previous occupants. Not that they were dirty. I just wanted my new home to start out just that way clean enough to seem new to my family. After they did a great job housekeeping. We decided to have them come in and clean the carpets as well. Again they did a n impressive job.

I want to say thanks to the housekeepers of BLM. They did a great job on the clean up after you renovation on our kitchen and bathroom.

Horrible experience! Had Upholstery cleaned and the untrained tech did not use any water barrier (ie tarp) to cover my hardwood (laminate) floors. As he was cleaning, a large puddle of water formed on the floor. As a result a significant section of the flooring is ruined. I invited BLM to come back and inspect the work. They set a time/date but did not show up. Not I am getting no response from them. They do not answer emails, they do not return phone calls, they DO NOT CARE. Next step is BBB and WA ST. Thanks to your great customer service in helping to set a routine cleaning our offices. We have had such a hard time finding a good housekeeping that is reliable. It's conforting not having to worry about the job getting done. We come everyday and see the differance and the price is worth it. Thanks again BLM

Great job on the house & carpet the price was within my budget. I just wanted to say thank you so much. I did my walk through with the landlord the next day and she said I should get all of my deposit back. Thanks again for doing such a great job. Also you should know my landlord took one of your cards for herself. She made the statement that the house never looked cleaner and the carpets almost new.

I needed my house cleaned after a family celebration. I hired BLM house cleaning to come in and clean my house after the event and they did a great job. I was embarrassed to see things they cleaned that I seemed to have always missed. Great job and love the check sheet they gave me when the job was done.
