Parking sucks but they validate if you parking in the Google campus structure. I just parked in the far lot and just jump out and order a quick coffee I like the VMT coffee hot which works, super attentive staff. Crystal hot sauce packets available.
I’ve been here three times… have not tried the coffee because it’s never open. Closed on weekends and 3pm during the week.
I’ve been a regular customer at this coffee shop, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a coffee and was given a cup completely filled with ice, leaving very little actual coffee. When I politely returned to ask for less ice, I was met with resistance and excuses from the staff. I was told that a large cup only includes 9 ounces of coffee and a small only 4 ounces—something I know from past visits is not enforced as policy.
