GREAT -FAST- SERVICE through the scorching heat of Texas in August! Reliable and fixed the problem immediately! Rate was extremely inexpensive compared to the company that came out and NEEDED TWO WEEKS to order the damn part they should have had! Blizzard Air has won my business from this summer onwards!
Blizzard responded to our ticket from American Home Shield on Tuesday morning. They did a quick assessment and immediately tried to upsell me. They said that the compressor was bad and if all we wanted them to do was change that out, it would be at least 7-10 days but a full upgrade would be quicker. If AHS assigns Blizzard Air to your service request immediately ask for someone else. They came out fast, yes, but after the initial diagnosis they ghosted us and AHS. Refused to answer or return calls, messages or text messages from me or AHS. After 3 days of no response my husband texted them stating they were in breach of the contract with AHS and we would be taking appropriate action. Paul was an amazing technician that came out and took care of the service at my house. At first I was a little upset because the communication, the back and forth, not getting called.And stuff, but he definitely came in and made up for it. There was another technician with him as well. That was also amazing.I would highly recommend them
