I regularly see the cook and two other employees smoking dope in their car in the back parking lot. PERHAPS, this is why the service is so S..L...O...W....!!

Really great party place – My friend and I coordinated our 50th birthdays and had out party at Blitz Ladd on September 23, 2011. We set it up with Chris and John at Blitz, in advance. They had the space reserved and ready for us when we arrived. There were 60 of us, so it was a large group. Sandy was our server and was absolutely wonderful. Really nice ambience – I was very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in this place; high ceilings, nice lighting, plenty of room, lots of variety in activities: couches, tables, bar, shuffleboard, pool, table tennis, TWO dart boards; and NOT NOISY. Not claustrophobic. Very pleasant welcoming ambience. I usually dislike bars/pubs/taverns, but this one has a lot to recommend it. Worst service award of the century – First, I have never written a review before but had to after spending last night at this place for the game. This has to be the WORST experience I've ever had at a bar. They advertised for the Civil War and had to expect a ton of people and were so unprepared the owner should be completely and utterly embarassed. I got ONE drink and it took my server until the 4th quarter of the game to get it to me (2 1/2 hours!!!!). I'm not blaming her though, she was the only one at least trying to get... read more

Service anyone? ANYONE? – We went to Blitz Ladd for a MNF game and when we walked in were impressed with the amount of T.V.'s and games available. But that impressive start turned to utter disappointment when we actually sat down and tried, and I emphasize the TRIED to order drinks and food. Nice place, bad service – We went to this place last Saturday, Oct 24th, about noon, to get a bit to eat and a beer. I walked in and really liked the place. We found a nice booth with a great view of the Oregon/Washington game. It took at least 10 minutes before a server came over to our booth. This is why I drink at home – I have been here several times and it's not getting any better. The food is overpriced, not much of a menu selection and the servers are too busy walking around looking busy.

Great place to watch the game! – Great place to watch the Buckeye Game. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, tons of screens, booths, chairs, couches.... plus lots of Buckeye shirts and spirits.
