Bunch of bullies always harassing me now trying to *** me for a debt not even on my CREDIT REPORT!! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! I'll file bankruptcy before that happens again but this isn't even on my My CREDIT REPORT!! BOGUS SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. There scumbags

After reading other reviews I realize others have felt my pain. Quick overview of my situation - i owed a debt 5 years ago, they garnished my wages 3 years ago - totally fine - I owed the debt and I took full responsibility for it. The next year i received a check for the amount they had garnished stating that the amount of time the company has to pull the money and apply it to my balance had passed so they were returning my money. Make sure to have documentation of everything from this company. If you don't get ahold of them (If they don't hang up on you) a week before your last payment or they will continue to take money even though the debt is paid in full.
Worst Company ever to deal with.I tried to get a payoff statement from them so I could pay them off and they told me it would take a week to send a email with the statement?This is a very unprofessional company.If they want to get paid it would seem that they could take less time than 5 days to send a email out.
I wanted to file a complaint against them, but since they technically do not break the law regarding collection practices it is difficult to do. Be aware, if your account gets sent to this agency, tried to resolve it ASAP. They engage in questionable practices, to say the least, and because theyre lawyers they get away with it.
