Big bunch of thieves who lie about everything there day is coming trust me I'm doing everything to prove they are thieves who lie and will lose there law license and spend the rest of there lives doing hard time in a federal prison.
They are violating fdcpa. They offered me a settlement and then when my attorney called gave him a higher settlement. I will do what I can to hire an attorney to prove they mislead me the consumer and broke the law.
They are garnishing my wages from a credit card I had in 2016. They would not work with me what so ever . I went on maternity leave making 277 a week for 3 weeks ( I was off s momth and didnt get paid one of those weeks and they still wanted ****** a week . I had to get a loan to pay them off and they are still garnishing my wages even tho its paid in full worst company ever
They said supposedly they sent me a summons in 2018 what's weird I never got 1 they then went to court and filled paper work to garnish my wages for something that wasn;t even on my credit report these people are a bunch of liar's and shouldn't be able to get away with this cause I should have gotten another notice before they went straight to court something really needs to be done cause they are not doing there job. God will prevail and I;m going to do my best to make sure they don;t do this to anybody else.
Bunch of bullies always harassing me now trying to *** me for a debt not even on my CREDIT REPORT!! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! I'll file bankruptcy before that happens again but this isn't even on my My CREDIT REPORT!! BOGUS SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. There scumbags
This place needs to shut down. They lie and say payments are posted and then take you to court. ************ is very rude as is Calius Pedis. Their practices are un ethical
After reading other reviews I realize others have felt my pain. Quick overview of my situation - i owed a debt 5 years ago, they garnished my wages 3 years ago - totally fine - I owed the debt and I took full responsibility for it. The next year i received a check for the amount they had garnished stating that the amount of time the company has to pull the money and apply it to my balance had passed so they were returning my money. Make sure to have documentation of everything from this company. If you don't get ahold of them (If they don't hang up on you) a week before your last payment or they will continue to take money even though the debt is paid in full.
Worst Company ever to deal with.I tried to get a payoff statement from them so I could pay them off and they told me it would take a week to send a email with the statement?This is a very unprofessional company.If they want to get paid it would seem that they could take less time than 5 days to send a email out.
