The atmosphere at Blissful retreat is just that, blissful!! It's not busy and rushed with people everywhere!!! Cat is the best hair girlie from the east to the west, she has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and really, nobody else can do it like she does!! The place is real nice too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars!!
