I’m 49 and in better shape than most but, I’ve spent the last 3 1/2 months falling and stacking trees on my property to eventually build a mini house. 45 trees fallen and stacked by hand and, I work construction . My body was wrecked. My brain hurt in the morning. My hips, back everything. I did’t get her name but, she crawled my back. Used her knees, toes and hands to start.
