After years of dealing with severe hearing loss and resulting frustrations, I received a cochlear implant in October 2025. I virtually had to learn how to understand speech again and to follow any conversation. Ms. Julia has been amazing with Theo. She’s kind, patient, and knows exactly how to turn speech therapy into fun. Theo felt comfortable with her right away, and we saw real progress thanks to her encouragement and care. Best of all, Theo loves going to speech class and is always excited to see Ms. Julia every week. We love Bliss Speech! Ms.Sonya has been wonderful with our 4yo daughter, making each session fun and engaging. They communicate well with us about our daughter's needs and any administrative questions. We're so glad they opened this new location in Plano, making them even closer for us!
We can’t sing the praises of Bliss Speech and Hearing Services enough. Our son was barely able to verbally communicate at 3yr old, and after 6 months he’s a completely new kid. Sonya Mehta is his saving grace. Her formula for introducing new letters and sounds is very effective.
