My 'senior' mother just had an appointment with Bliss. Not only did they pour water down her back while washing her hair (she has physical disabilities and has trouble sitting at the sink) only to later send her out into 5-degree weather with sopping wet shirts (3 layers of shirts!), but they also took a walk-in appointment for a cut and full blow-out in the middle of her appointment which is completely disrespectful of her time (it extended her appointment time to over 3 hours - with a sopping wet shirt). I asked for 3 inch trim. Got barely noticeable trim and an angry shampoo woman who put shampoo across my face and water down my back for 80 dollars.
