Christol is so absolutely amazing! She did my and my girls' hair for my wedding on May 20th. She put all my worries at bay, brought an assistant, and all of our hair turned out so lovely! I got compliments all through the night on how great my hair was, and it STAYED all night! I wish I could post a picture of how gorgeous my hair was. I highly recommend Bliss!
I went to this salon in December for a cut and color and I loved it, the stylist I had gave me exactly what i was looking for. However, I've been trying to call to get an appointment for 2 weeks and nobody ever answers the phone and when I left a message they didn't call me back until the next day and I missed the call only to call them back 20 minutes later and again no answer!!! I loved my experience at this salon but I'm fed up by poor customer service and ready to go elsewhere.

Sara, I am sorry to hear this. We only have a receptionist every other day to make calls from 10-12. This is due to the fact that it is a heavily based independent contractor salon( most of the gals working there are booked four weeks in advance. Which is great for them but hard to receive an appointment unless your a pre booked. If you leave a message I promise you will get a call within 48 hours! This was one of the first times I've walked out of a salon glowing with happiness! Jen gave me an entirely new look and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommended!

I absolutely reccomend this salon! Christol went above and beyond for my wedding day. My hair, make up, and eyelashes were amazing. She made me feel very comfortable, like I had known her for years. :)

I have been going to Kaleigh to get my hair colored for almost a year now and couldn't ask for a better stylist. I also got my nails done there and although they did come off at first, Nettie fixed them and explained a reason for them popping off. The salon is so welcoming and everyone that is friendly and helpful.

Christol is amazing! Not only did she make me look beautiful for my wedding day, she was completely accommodating with scheduling me in for my trial even though I live out of town. She's personable, talented, and kept us right on track to get to the church on time. Thank you for making my day so perfect! I highly recommend her!
