I have been going to Bliss for 5 years now, and enjoy the attention and care by Rose. She has been the most knowledgeable stylist I have ever experienced, and I always enjoy our chats. Her prices are very reasonable for the wonderful haircuts and styles she has given me. I recommend Bliss to all my friends and family every chance I get!
My wife visited this salon today and I am writing this review because I am outraged at what was said to her during her haircut. First thing, the haircut looks okay. The owner / stylist "Rose" gave the haircut. The reason for the one star is because, on my wife's first visit to this salon, Rose said an extremely offense comment involving the type of work she does. I Am the owner/Stylist of this salon. I went thru my book on the date that is stated on this review and unfortunately i have no record of this person, that states i messed up there hair, I take pride in my work and have a following of loyal clients for 26 years. I would never get a persons' hair in such a bad stage that i could not repair. So I invite you to come in and let me meet you so that i can really touch your hair and show you my work. I had to go many times to try to get my hair the way I wanted which I never did and to top it off the stylist/owner charged me for "trying to correct her mess" I would never go there again and would not reccomend this place my hair is in very bad shape thanks to her.Stylist/owner has her own concepts and ideas of how to do your hair other than what the customer really likes and wants. I'm very dissapointed.
Horrible salon. Terrible time management. Amateur status
