I am writing for a friend of mine who was at Bliss. I finally can say I have my friend back. Really, kudos to you guys - thank you for taking care of him (i'll just say the Basketball guy and leave it at that...you know who it is) - and getting his life back on track. Your care and staff really made the difference in getting him back on path...truly God's work. Thanks guys.
Going to treatment for addiction is one of the hardest calls to make. I can honestly say making the call to Bliss Recovery was the right one. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated with kindness, understanding, and had a sense of belonging. I also never felt judged. Bliss detox center was the most amazing accommodating and beautiful one I’ve ever been to. The staff was absolutely amazing as well all very kind and took care of every need. They actually care about their clients and want them to feel beautiful, happy and loved. My experience at Bliss was nothing short of exceptional from the therapy and all the supporting staff - chef, counselors and management. I cannot say enough about the complete unprecedented support the ownership extended. With a positive attitude one will get all needed in pursuit of your recovery from substance abuse AND the associated emotional trauma that comes with it! Where do I even begin? This place was nothing short of a blessing. The owner is Gary, and Rich and Edgar are in this for all the right reasons — and it shows. They constantly stop in to check on their clients, making sure we have everything we need. They go above and beyond expectations by far.
