This salon will not get my repeat business and I would never suggest them to anyone. Had mani/pedi and paid extra for the gel coat. In less than a week, the polish started peeling/chipping off my nails. Went to the salon to express my distaste and request they remove the gel coat. I was asked if I wanted another polish and I said no. I figured there would be no charge to remove the obvious mistake they had done but as I was getting ready to walk out the tech says "you pay now" and charged me $5 to remove their mess. Extremely rude, the women disregard what you say, fail to make eye contact, & seem in a rush the entire time. I wasted 4 hours of my day there because I got my nails done and they didn't turn out like I had asked, I got a mani & the woman made my nails extremely short & cracked my skin! I went back in August and for both a pedicure and manicure. It was a package for about $45 I think. I loved the pedicure. It was so relaxing, they had massage chairs and did a really great job! Then I had my manicure done. It was just an okay experience. I would go back for a pedicure again but probably try somewhere else for a manicure.
I went and paid 50$ for what I had done the work looks like it was worth 10$ my toes was not fully painted my nails are crooked not shaped right an was not grinded there is still acrylic up under my nails that she left an the paint on my nails looks like something my four year old neice would do not satisfied at all and I don't think it was worth it and I sat there for four hours to top it all one of the nails have came off
Service was great awhile back but now they are rude and seem like they are never happy...
This is my go to place for relaxation! Love getting pampered!
Overpriced for what you are getting. The owner did my nails and she left nail polish on my skin. Didn't bother to clean it. Barely cleaned my nails and was distracted the whole time. Charges just to cut nail down. Infinitely better quality service elsewhere for same price.
