My daughter and myself went to have Manicure with gel polish. I was trying to pick out my color and the lady seemed to be agitated because I couldn't make up my mind. Finally found a color and she was very unfriendly. I also wanted a certain look that I found online. It wasn't a design or anything hard just a little glitter on each nail. I've been going to Bliss Nails ever since they have opened. I love it they are the best!! I've been to different ones and they are the most professional and I've never had a problem getting my nails done or having a pedi. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Thank you Hannah and Son for a great place to come and get pampered.
Not the best nail salon to go too! I thought I been to worse, but by far. The experience there felt like crap! While the lady was doing my nails, seem like she was struggling. And yes. I understand it was probably tough on her because I wanted my nail a certain way, a picture I found on Facebook. I kindly told her. If she can't do it, its ok. We can do something else. I went in there to get a acrylic set.. Two people were telling me prices and kept changing it.making it higher.. tried to get mw to pay 80$ to get acrylic set. Felt like they were trying to cheat me. Two months later I go in there to get my eyebrows waxed.. I ask them if they have time to do it, they tell me yes it will be just a minute. Well, 15 minutes later I got told just a few more minutes... More and more people kept coming and going straight back... I went to this salon and got a mani/pedi and an eyebrow wax. In the beginning, the person doing my pedicure was picking at my cuticle on my big toe! I told him about it, and he just gave me a dirty look and continued. It became irritated, but I thought to myself, maybe it's just a hangnail. I proceeded with the pedicure, and went on to the manicure. When I got my eyebrows waxed, the lady left me with a bald spot on my arch! I was in shock, and went to the drying station. This place is a hit or miss, I love how affordable it is, but the final product kind of depends on which girl you get. I've never had a problem with the pedicures. I also get my acrylics done here and they have also been fine, but whenever I got my eyebrows waxed she ripped my skin, and did NOT use latex gloves!
As long as you don't complain about how they have done your nails you will be just fine but once you complain you get the attitude. I complained about how the polish looked on my nails compared to my toes (same color) and the owner told me it was suppose to be that way. We got into a disagreement and she refused to do anything about it. Another one of the technician's finally came and tried to make it right but by that time I was to angry. I will never step foot into this salon again at least while they have the same owner.
I don't know if it was just the girl doing my nails or if everyone here is like this, but she was so rude. Not only that, she did the worst job on my nails. Some of my nails were square and some were round, and she didn't fully take off the gel polish I had on before. Very disappointed. Her attitude was the worst part. Don't go here.
Have been looking for a salon that can do my nails but do them well. I am highly impressed.
