This place is a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs, from nails to eyebrows and lashes. They genuinely care about your satisfaction and are always willing to make sure you leave happy. During my manicure, I didn’t like the way it turned out. I mentioned it to Lynn, and she was determined to ensure I was happy. She offered to remove the polish and redo it for me. This has always been my preferred nail salon for pedicures, which makes it difficult for me to accept the treatment I received this morning. After I walked in, greeted the staff with “good morning,” and took a seat, no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. While I have no desire to seek out another nail salon, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I even had to call to confirm whether walk-ins are accepted. I am extremely confused by this experience.
I love this place, with Thuy you are going to be happy. The best gel X manicure in Coral Springs.
