This has always been my preferred nail salon for pedicures, which makes it difficult for me to accept the treatment I received this morning. After I walked in, greeted the staff with “good morning,” and took a seat, no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. While I have no desire to seek out another nail salon, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I even had to call to confirm whether walk-ins are accepted. I am extremely confused by this experience.
I love this place, with Thuy you are going to be happy. The best gel X manicure in Coral Springs.
