I have been going to Veronica for years, and it is always a positive experience. The pedicures are the best.
I went to Bliss today for the first time . It was amazing . Maribel did an amazing job and what I really appreciate about my experience is it was relaxed and quiet . There were no loud annoying tvs instead there was soft piano music playing so I could chill . I didn't realize I got a complimentary massage with my pedicure so next time I'm going to take advantage of it ! So happy I tried it !
So disappointed - I’ve been coming here for years and have had a good experience. However, today I left with severely damaged nails due to the nail technician using a very abrasive drill to remove gel which removed layers of my nail leaving my nails brittle and highly sensitive. When I shared this feedback with the receptionist/manager she was incredibly dismissive and unapologetic and just said each person does it differently. Based on her response, I suggest looking at one of the many other nearby options.
had a really disappointing experience at Bliss Nail & Spa in Newtown Square. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in, and the pedicure felt rushed and sloppy. The massage was so rough that my legs were sore for two days afterward, which has never happened to me before. To make matters worse, the wax they used was way too hot. My feet were red, irritated, and itchy for nearly a week after my appointment. I left feeling uncomfortable instead of relaxed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning
I’ve been a customer here for years and have always had excellent experiences until the last year and a half or so. The girls doing the nails are excellent and always provide great services however the receptionist is awful. She’s incredibly unkind, not welcoming and has a horrific attitude towards customers and her staff. I needed change for my tip and she made the task seem like the world’s biggest inconvenience all while not speaking a word to me. I would give 1 star if it wasn’t for the other staff.
