If I could give zero stars, I would — but here we are. I came into Bliss Nail Bar full of hope and left with chipped nails and a chip on my shoulder. Let’s start at the beginning: I went in for a hard gel manicure — the Rolls Royce of nail services, right? Wrong. It started chipping in 1.5 days. Yes, a day and a half. Super fast. I went with something simple this time around. This was my first time at this salon. My best friend is always coming so I decided to try them out. Rather than driving to Modesto. I was not disappointed. She did an amazing job.
