I decided to try a new place and what a disappointment this was. I just wanted gel polish changes and I wish I hadn't come here. The polish on my hands is all lumpy. I asked her to fix my thumbs at a minimum and she literally refused. I then asked the girl at check out about it and it seemed like she actually felt bad when she saw my nails and offered me $10 off. I said I don't want $10 off I really would love my nails done properly. My nails are lumpy looking and there are literally bubbles at the edges and it looks jagged.... read more
linda needs more experience. I did not designate a manicurist,but obviously she was not skilled, During the process, she discussed the customer with her colleagues, I respect everyone who just started learning, but asked the manicure shop not to experiment with customers before reaching the level. This greatly affected the experience. my nail prices was 95,but failed to meet the basic expectations. It was a very disappointing store.
I am EXTREMELY UPSET with my nails i hate everything about it and for $78 ABSOLUTELY NOT. I'm pissed off and very confused on how it's $78 for BULLSHIT. I need a refund or something this is completely unacceptable.And on top i sat there for almost two hours for this.
As a birthday gift to myself I got a spa manicure. Working in health care my hands take a beating. I chose the milk and honey with paraffin wax dip. Ohmygoodness was it amazing. The honey sugar scrub was luxurious and then they covered my hands and arms with a hot towel before dipping my hands into the wax. Linda did an amazing job on my nails and was super sweet. Will definitely go back again.
Beautiful nails by Phillip!!! They’re even more gorgeous in person! If you’re looking for amazing service and professionalism, look no further. I’ve been a client of Phillip for almost 2 years and I’ve loved every set!!! His creativity and attention to detail is outstanding!
