I purchased a $60 gift certificate from Bliss Nail Lounge in November for my mom’s birthday. When she recently went to use it, she was told it had a $0 balance and had to pay out of pocket for her service. After I called with proof of purchase, including the receipt and the charge on my credit card statement, I was told the gift certificate number we were given did not match the number holding the funds in their system.
