I found Bliss Manhattan Beach when I moved to the South bay and I have absolutely love it. I couldn't say more great things about going here. Everyone is so sweet and wonderful. I love seeing Lily. She can do anything nail art I ask and I always get compliments on my nails. This is absolutely the best place!
