The woman who did my nails was rude - I politely asked her to fix the crooked shaping of some of my nails and she said “you do it” while she tried to hand me the nail file. She did this twice. They are one of the highest priced nail salons in the area with the worst service. I asked for chrome on my nails and it was not good. You can barely see the chrome and the manicurist couldn’t do it so the front lady did. My pedicure was ok but she even pulled on my cuticle which you don’t do which caused my big toe to be sore for days... read more

I recently visited your salon for a manicure and pedicure. The receptionist was polite and professional, but unfortunately the service from the technicians was very disappointing. During the service, the staff member repeatedly argued with me about how the work should be done. Instead of simply providing the service, she kept saying that certain things “cannot be done” or “will not work,” while constantly pushing different options from the sample album.
