I recently visited your salon for a manicure and pedicure. The receptionist was polite and professional, but unfortunately the service from the technicians was very disappointing. During the service, the staff member repeatedly argued with me about how the work should be done. Instead of simply providing the service, she kept saying that certain things “cannot be done” or “will not work,” while constantly pushing different options from the sample album. I get the MOST compliments on my nails. May does an incredible job and is so accommodating to my crazy designs I request.
I’m so annoyed I can’t believe that after only 1 week my gel manicure is far away and peeling from cuticle. I had to fight them to paint the entire nail because she left the sides out claiming for shape purposes. Then she filed down the front and sanded off the polish and I said this is how you get us to come in sooner this is bullshit put the paint back on the edge. I’ve never spent so much and gotten so little before. I’m so upset I spent $100 on this crap. It’s unreal and they were so rude about it. I wish I’d read review... read more
