They don’t honor appointments made in advance!! I was here back inside June and I still can’t shake the experience. First time I didn’t walk in and made an appointment. I sat with my feet in the water for an hour!! They will accommodate walk ins ($$$) and make the appointments wait ($$) thinking they’ll make more income. Rather they are loosing $$ on those that make appointments by losing them as customers.

John did an amazing job on my ombre SNS nails. I couldn't be happier and they turned out better than the photo I showed him. His wife waxed my eyebrows right before I left. She was very quick and it wasn't painful at all. Would recommend both!
I have loved going into Bliss. Ivy was amazing. She asked questions and was incredibly professional. She made sure I checked my nails to make sure they were exactly what I wanted before I left. The woman at the front is very helpful and made my son feel very welcome. I will be back! 🕶️
