I brought my daughter to bliss nail bar . I told the lady I wanted her to have gel manicure and pedicure . Well I paid left her getting manicure pedicure. When I arrive it was fine . But when got to the house I looked down at her foot and the big toe was messed up . I drive my daughter all the way back to the shop to get it fixed . I usually don’t share bad reviews when it comes to a business because I can understand that everyone makes mistakes. That being said, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with pure animosity. Not from just one member of the staff- the whole salon. I requested a fill in, but just like any one trying to get one over on someone, they suggested getting a whole new set (more expensive). This is the second issue I’ve had at Bliss. There have been times when the service was great but the owner is not a good guy. I was there and he was working on a handicapped woman who wanted a very specific design and he was losing his temper and talking about her to his staff. It was disgusting. My normal salon was full so I made an appointment at 3pm on Sunday this past week after a week away in Denver. Staff were very friendly and understanding!!! They recommended the liquid gel for my nails and trust me they last forever!!
