RecommendedI had my first session with Emily tonight and I will tell you that I walked in wearing my back brace and in a decent amount of pain and walked out and would have forgot my brace had it not been for Emily reminding me to grab it. Emily is such a talented therapist and teacher, and I’m so glad her new studio is here in SoKno. In a handful of sessions, not only has she helped my pain management and mobile, but she has helped educate me on how to support my body and strengthen at home. Her sessions have become part of my self care routine and what a difference it has made. If you’re looking for a wonderful human with healing hands, she’s your girl. And the new studio is gorgeous!

Emily’s knowledge and compassion make her one of the very best massage therapists and Pilates instructors you will find. She strives to plan her sessions for each individual to best meet their specific goals and needs. I can not recommend Emily enough. You will not be disappointed.
I would say Emily is a magician or a miracle worker but that would discredit her deep understanding of how the human body works and moves. She listens to your body and you can tell each touch has serious intention behind it. She isn’t just rubbing sore muscles, she is restoring my posture and solving the source my pain. I can’t recommend her enough.

Emily did a great job today...had a wonderful massage...It was research for our patients...wanted to be sure of the excellent work before we told everybody else about her! 😊

I love going to see Emily! After my car wreck I saw her a few times and soon was able to get back to working out with almost no pain. Great space out west, very comfortable and relaxing!
