I ordered a product which was a baby lounger with pillow and was initially impressed with the fast delivery. However, the pillow that came with the lounger was poorly made and nothing like the one shown in the pictures. It’s absolutely not safe or suitable for my baby, and I would never use it. I’ve tried contacting their customer support multiple times—both during and after the holiday season—but I’ve received no response.
