BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING! A few of the items I got were not at all what was advertised or shown in pictures. Some items completely different to what was shown! Customer Service is very limited, no replacement given.
Slow delivery and pretty average customer support. Ordered two Stanley cups which look nice but are very difficult to open/close as the lids are dysfunctional. I’ve never had this issue with my other two Stanley cups.
Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company! False advertising on an electric scooter I paid a lot of money for. After several weeks of waiting for item and reporting to PayPal I received a cheap knock off. No communication from seller except when reported. Will never shop here again!
Blissfully disappointing customer service. Tried to return a product and got ghosted. Highly recommend buying your things somewhere else! Cheers, Paul
DODGY and SCAMERS - Ordered and paid and then received an email asking for a shipping surcharge to be transfered into their bank account otherwise order won’t be dispatched. Found this a very dodgy practise and told them I don’t agree with being asked for extra afterwards and requested my order to be cancelled and refunded. After I didn’t get a response to this I asked for a refund again a few days later. Now another few days later I still haven’t received a reply and have now disputed the transaction with my bank.
