Absolute scam. Packaged never arrived and zero response from the company on Facebook, instagram and via email. Only received refund after contacting bank. Do not buy from here.
I ordered something and received something else that l did not order, something l didnt even like, l dont like paying top dollar for something l didnt order, and they have done nothing but stuff me around ever since, they are terrible, they couldnt give a stuff about customer satisfaction, they just leave you hanging, one of the worst companies l have ever dealt with, never again,
BUYER BEWARE!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Ordered from this company and a month later still have not received the products and no reply to my emails. The order was marked as fulfilled and they put a FAKE tracking number!!
Poor customer Service for a family run business. Only had to send to send a package from VIC to WA. Not that far!! Postage link sent to me by the store is not legit and I still do not have my package. Order was placed 25/1/2026. It's now 4/3/2026! I don't think it was ever posted. Family Business does not want to follow up the carrier that they use to send their products. (They didn't use Australia Post unfortunately - reliable) They decline to assist or refund me $62.89. Very poor service when we prefer to support Australia... read more
