Sent wrong products then have not responded to several emails.
Customer service is non existent, ive contacted through various methods and still no response. Tracking code does not work, and its been 9 days no update, even though shipping time was 5 days.
Beware you don't always get what you order. Received a completely different bowl from the one pictured in my order which matched my kitchen colours, It will now probably go to op shop as it doesn't match with anything in my house!
Unfortunately, a gift box arrived damaged and unsuitable for gifting. While I understand that accidents can happen in transit, what disappointed me was the complete lack of ownership or goodwill shown throughout the process. Over the course of nine emails, I requested a reasonable resolution, including a replacement sticker for the damaged box or a refund of the postage and handling costs. Every request was declined.
