They will promise you anything to get your $$$ but their customer service is beyond poor. They ship way past promised dates and returns are anything but easy. Avoid shopping here
Stay away from this company. Their customer service is horrific!
The worst customer service ever! I ordered two weeks before Christmas and was “guaranteed “ that it would be delivered before Christmas. I started calling, leaving messages , and sending emails a week out. “Our support team will be t back to you via email” “There is no live person to talk to.” Stay far away. If you really like something order through a third party like Nordstrom so they protect you. Do not do business directly with this company for any reason!
I was very pleased with the customer service we recieved online for my wedding band. Chris was very quick to respond on emails even on the holiday weekend. He helped us decide on the best wedding band for the engagement ring we purchased. We have not revived the ring back yet, but we are very excited to see the final product!
