I was very pleased with the customer service we recieved online for my wedding band. Chris was very quick to respond on emails even on the holiday weekend. He helped us decide on the best wedding band for the engagement ring we purchased. We have not revived the ring back yet, but we are very excited to see the final product!
I ordered a setting from their store and waited 3 weeks for it to be ready. When I came to pick it up it was about half of the size of the setting from the case I ordered. My husband and I actually had them side by side and it was a more than obvious, rather ridiculous difference. Low and behold my stone that I brought back to set (that fit in the original setting) did not fit. Their solution was that I pay and extra $300 to get the setting size increased!
