Eric is the greatest, but his co-worker Ceria is clueless, lair. She has no business being in the role she is in. She lies about what Coverage Eric has and later tells you we don't cover what you have. Watch out for that issue. Her customer service skills are terrible. I can't believe Eric hires women that has Blue hair.
