This was by far one of the most uncomfortable and unhelpful bridal shops I have ever been to. I only chose this shop because it carried my wedding dress . I have now had two very bad experiences with this store. The staff is not very helpful for suggestions or to make a bride feel like she is appreciated. This was the first experience of mine for trying on wedding dresses. My mom, grandma, sister and I were so excited to share this day all together. We all wore mask while being together since my grandma is 75 and is high risk. My sister also has a 11 month old baby girl so we want to be extra careful. Very welcoming! They listened to what I was looking for and they got exactly what I pictured! The prices a really good and they explain in detail the sizing and the process of how long it would take for the dress to arrive and get altered. I LOVE my dress!
RecommendedAmazing selection of the most elegant bridal wear in cute downtown Petaluma! Carol and her staff are helpful stylists and I've purchased beautiful cocktail dresses here that are well made, gorgeous and affordable. This local store services our community and also supports Catwalk for the Cure- an annual charity event in Santa Rosa that gives free mammograms to women in Sonoma. I love supporting businesses who authentically reach out and share. These are the people I want to do business with. I highly recommend Bliss Bridal!

Great selection and helpful staff
Omg what a horrible experience, the ladies working there were the rudest of rude. From the moment we walked in they treated us like we were not welcome there. The dreadful woman with the short brown hair really should consider a career as a debt collector, that would much better suit her nasty disposition. The sales girl tried to end our appointment on a nice note. Unfortunately it was too little too late.
