Dr. Cassandra Bliss is a great veterinarian who is passionate about ophthalmology. She is kind and compassionate with fantastic medical and surgical skill. She treats all her patients as if they were her own.
Dr. Bliss has seen my dog Puddy twice now for an ulcer of his eye. She is very knowledgeable and gentle with Puddy. She offers a service to drive from Medford to Redding every 2 months. She has been available for my vet here in Redding to answer questions that was needed to care for Puddy between our visits with her. Dr Bliss's assistant is also good with Puddy. Dr. Bliss and her team are absolutely marvelous. Copperbottom, our Snowshoe Siamese (with two different colored eyes), got cataracts and was quickly unable to see straight ahead. As he became totally blind in his right eye, pressure became unbearable for him and we had to have it removed. Throughout Copper's ordeal Dr. Bliss and the team were awesome, letting us know all the options available. They took such great care of my lil Zander when he went in for surgery, and gave him so much love when he came out. Thank you all.
I took my nearly blind foster dog Ava to Dr. Bliss to find out if they could correct her cataracts and help her see again. Not only was the surgery successful, but I felt like the entire staff went out of their way to make both my experience and Ava's as stress free as possible. I can't say enough nice things about this clinic and my experience there. I highly recommend them.
