We just want to thank and a big thank you to Dr. Bliss and her staff. So caring and really cared for our dog. Due to a very unfortunate experience at Pet Smart in Ontario California we boarded our dog for 3 days and picked my dog up with a bloody eye, no one at pet smart can give us answers, but believe me we are not done with Pet Smart. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PET SMART!!!! Dr. Bliss was so caring and gave us every option there was, and the hard part was choosing the best one. Unfortunately it was he lost his eye. We love Dr. Bliss and her staff of people. Our Cinnamon had surgery on her eyes and has to continue meds for life. She is doing so well after several years of care. What a blessing to have a Dr to care for dogs with eye problems.Rating is beyond a 5 as this Dr. is beyond the best
