Fabulous massage at Bliss Salon on 3/3/18. I am in my late 50’s and have a myriad of arthritic conditions. Virgil did an amazing job, working on the tight areas from neck to calves, and I feel so much relief and a zip in my step. I highly recommend the spa, and ask for Virgil. One suggestion- robes that fit women of plus size. Kind of embarrassing �
Had a facial with microdermabrasion , pedicure & massage. Wonderful technicians, lovely front desk staff, great products. My only complaint is that this location is starting to show its age. One of the sink faucets did not work, lockers look tired, and it appears to not have been updated inside in a few years. Given that Bliss offers luxury spa services at the luxury spa prices this location could use an update. Bliss 49 is in much better shape.

Contacted Bliss customer service over two weeks ago in regards to a rather horrific spa treatment I had here. No one ever got back to me. Only gave an extra star for the accommodating front desk associate who was kind and considerate while helping me resolve the issue on the spot.
