The staff and optometrist were very caring and did a wonderful job. Dr. Fitoussi was attentive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location!

I usually enjoy going to the doctor especially the eye doctor but after this experience I can see why some people feel hesitant about seeking care for their vision. I chose Blinking Owl Eyecare because it’s conveniently located inside the Target I frequently shop at, which made it seem like an easy and accessible option.
