Just wanted to recognize Tracy for above and beyond customer service! Not too often anybody actually cares about concerns nowadays, the personal response was greatly appreciated!
They use extremely low quality materials for clothing and hats that not only looks cheap, but doesn’t fit properly as well. Since the products are customized they hide behind this fact and won’t honor return requests. This business won’t last long unless they improve the quality of their products and their customer service.
