First off the price is unbeatable if you go anywhere in Manhattan you end up paying an arm and a leg for a full set from $140 (cheapest JJ)- $360.00 for semi-perminent which is the same thing Bling does for much less.. Lovely Lashes! – I've been getting my eyelashes done for almost two years now. I used to go to another location in the Madision Square area but decided to try Bling, when they recently opened. I was abit apprehensive at first, since they were new and I am quite particular/picky about the treatment. Needless to say, I have never gone to another location again.
