Blinds To Go gets all the stars. Had an issue with blinds purchased 2 years ago. First used the online chat feature and Jill was quick and on point with every response. Eventually needed to bring the blinds in for some more direct support and Sarah (Merivale/Hunt Club) managed to resolve the issue on the spot. Highly recommended.
This location sells good quality stuff but the problem is: when it comes to installation they will screw you over for your money! I spent 2500 on a bedroom blinds they were installed wrong and I am struggling to open and close them, store refused to fix it, so, I wasted my money! Holly, the store employee and Keith, installer are scam!!! Take your business somewhere else!! The pictures of my bedroom blinds, you can see that they are out of level and the side pull on the blinds is huge!!!
If I could give a "no-star" review I would! After many attempts from my father for a resolution the business refuses to stand by their product and warranty. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. After following the advice of the in-house consultants my father got the blinds for his patio doors. Within the first week, one of the panels of the vertical blinds fell off the bindings. The company’s response was to offer my father 2 metallic clips to help hold the blinds up. This is my second time at blinds to go. Both times Heman Shou has helped me decide on what I should get for my windows. His suggestions, in price, aesthetics, colours and suitability of blinds for the spaces I needed blinds for, have been spot on. He is quick in his service, and you feel confident that he knows what would work. I dont remember the name of the gentleman who came to measure my windows, but he was obliging in measuring more windows than had been asked of him through the appointment.
