Blindstogo were not helpful at the Scarborough Store on Kennedy Road. The initial Blinds installed had to be removed in a condominium suite when the corporation replaced the windows. When the blindstogo had to be re-installed, the manager at the Scarborough store was quite arrogant, rude, unprofessional. I called head office in .Montreal, they organized an installer to replace blinfstogo in specific windows. I was looking for a clips for our old 1inch aluminum blinds and Zeten I hope I spelled it correctly. I apologize if it’s wrong. He was extremely helpful as were a few others. They found an old clip that worked perfectly. I went to pay and he didn’t want to charge me. Did not expect that. Amazing customer service. THANK YOU!
