Extremely helpful and fast. Ayden was wonderful. I was trying to match an old blind. He went the extra mile to do his research and found the perfect match which was even cheaper than what I chose. I highly recommend all at this location. Thanks to all!

Great experience overall. The design consulant (Cheena) took all the time needed to go through the house and look at options, without feeling rushed. She provided helpful feedback and comments. Measurements and installation was done quickly and efficiently. Only negative is that they do not leave with garbage and recycling as with other delivery/installation services. I took back last week my 10 years old 2" horizontal faux wood blinder to BTG store 033 , on Kennedy Rd, Toronto, to have the worn out strings repaired. I am very happy with the service I receved from Richard Coory and team - all very friendly, polite and professional. The new strings work well, excelent job, Thank you
