Person at the store was very knowledgeable and friendly. So was the person who came to measure and the person the did the installation. Product is great and we feel like we got great service and value. The only minor issue was the additional $5 cost for removal confused me as I thought it meant they took the old blind. They didn’t only took the two screws out and took it down.
