I was looking for a clips for our old 1inch aluminum blinds and Zeten I hope I spelled it correctly. I apologize if it’s wrong. He was extremely helpful as were a few others. They found an old clip that worked perfectly. I went to pay and he didn’t want to charge me. Did not expect that. Amazing customer service. THANK YOU!
Horrible customer service when after 5 months the product literally fell apart. The valence (that was held on with double sided tape) fell off, my father went in twice and NO ONE would stand by their product. They said could be a factory defect but he’d still have to pay for a service call to fix it. Then they said they “have to pay for the gas” to drive to his house.
