Once the blinds and roller shades came in the installation was fast and professional. The blinds look and work incredibly! In this day and age it was AMAZING and refreshing to actually get a live person at the other end of the phone and not a recording. Avoid this business at all costs. Both the product quality and customer service have been extremely disappointing. My blind failed just four months after the warranty expired. When I brought it in for repair, I was charged over $100, but no one could clearly explain what was actually done. That repair came with a 3-month guarantee — and, right on schedule, the same issue reappeared at the 4-month mark.
