Avoid this business at all costs. Both the product quality and customer service have been extremely disappointing. My blind failed just four months after the warranty expired. When I brought it in for repair, I was charged over $100, but no one could clearly explain what was actually done. That repair came with a 3-month guarantee — and, right on schedule, the same issue reappeared at the 4-month mark. A business that refuses to take responsibility — buyer beware. My experience here has been frustrating from start to finish, not only because of the poor product performance but because of how this store handles (or avoids) accountability.
