This business is a complete scam. Jeff hooked me with a low quote, charged me $288.75, and returned my blinds STILL BROKEN. When I brought them back, he demanded another $70 to fix his own mess. He then got aggressive, slammed the door in my face, and gave me back blinds that were even MORE DAMAGED than before. He takes your money, destroys your property, and intimidates you when you complain. Do not trust him with anything. I am now fighting to get my money back through Consumer Protection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We had the lift cord on one of our blinds break and were referred to Jeff. He coordinated a meeting place in town for me to drop the blinds off with him, saving me a trip up the peninsula, had the blinds flawlessly repaired within 24h, and once again arranged to meet me in town to drop the blinds off. Jeff from Blind Vision delivered outstanding service, efficiently fixing our Venetian blinds and curtain cord at a fair price. He communicated clearly, kept us updated about his arrival, and presented several service options. Jeff was personable and even assisted with hanging our curtains once repairs were finished. I highly recommend his services to others.
