I had a scheduled appointment to get an estimate for window treatments on our new build (21 windows). I had to call the day of my appointment to confirm. I was reassured that the sales rep (Kevin) would be out to meet me at our scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time, I called to see where the sales rep was only to be told they were running late and would be there in 45 minutes! I originally got a quote for blinds 2 months ago and still don't have them. I live in an apartment with very large windows so I needed custom blinds. I get mistakes happen. I'm a forgiving person, but when they got the size on my blinds wrong they called me and told me later they can make it work.
