Can you say, spontaneous fermentation? Connoisseur craft brewing at its finest! If you have the opportunity, take the brewery tour, you won’t be disappointed.
We were visiting from Calgary and needed a break near Whyte Ave so stopped in at Blind Enthusiasm. I'm a sour beer fan and absolutely loved every beer in my flight. The pretzel and popcorn made a delicious snack. Our server Hannah was really enthusiastic and attentive. Had a great time at this brewery and will definitely come back next time I'm in town.
My partner and I stopped by recently, and had another unpleasant experience. It's happened in the past, but I brushed it off as a onetime event. Unfortunately, that's not the case. We arrived around 7pm on a Tuesday. There were about 6 people on the patio, and 2 inside at he bar. We sat at the bar, and picked some beers from the menu. Had a tour last night with Zach and it was amazing! First of all, Zach is a gift to your establishment. He is so knowledgable and so enthusiastic! The way he conducted the tour was outstanding and clearly this guy is a teacher (even if he does t know it). His passion is contagious! The story of your business and the innumerable awards that you have been given make me proud to have you here and proud to be an Edmontonian!
