Punctual for both initial visit for quotation (free) & installation visit. Smooth communication for any questions about products both verbally and by emails. Good products. They know the products very well compared to other blind retailers we compared with this time (other two suppliers), especially about technical matter for motorised blinds.
I can highly recommend Blind Concepts. The measuring, manufacturing and installation is so smooth and without errors. They stock quality products, and are both experienced and polite. I have not been disappointed in any of the several times I use them. They are my go-to blind people.
