Found on line to fix a broken pleated shade. Lori was amazing answering all my questions about the repair, but unfortunately they couldn’t be repaired. I would highly recommend if you need new curtains or might want something fixed and cleaned. Great customer service.

Lori was amazing. Very experienced professional who repaired the hunter douglas blinds in less than 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. Would definitely go back for any repairs or clraning or new blinds. She knows what she's doing. Fun to talk with too.
Window Decor Store was a great find! The whole experience with Lindsay (sales rep) and Dan & Eric (installers) was great!! They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I purchased new cellular shades and had an existing shade restrung and cleaned. Everything is perfect!
I called Window Decor Store and Lori answered the phone. I asked if they worked south of Detroit to repair vertical blinds. Lori asked what the problem was and when I told her, she was kind enough to tell me to just take my broken header to where I had purchased my blinds and order a new one. She said it would be much cheaper. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and honesty. I would recommend this business to everyone. They have integrity.
