This review is of the office staff, particularly the billing department. More than once they billed the Medical Insurance versus the Dental Insurance. Causing, you the patient, to spend a lot of unnecessary time on the phone. This causes great concern for the elderly who do not understand their invoice, and pay for services that should have been covered.

RecommendedBecause of a lifetime of bad experiences with dentists, I recently was pushed to go. Doc Shutt was recommended, and has not disappointed. I’m hard to numb, but there has not been the least little tweak of pain while he’s worked on me. The staff is excellent and a very jovial bunch. I’m in a Marathon here, but Feel very blessed not to have the usual anxiety as most do with dentists. He’s the man, and the staff are the woman’s! 😂 See ya soon!
RecommendedI have been going there for more years than I want to share. I had out lived two dentist and one that retired told me about Dr. Shutt would be good for me as I wanted one younger than me at the time. It was good advice.

Have been going to this office since 1966! that should say a lot!! Started with Dr. Blincoe, Sr., then Dr. Blincoe, Jr. and now Dr. Shutt. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
