I arrived shortly before noon without a prior appointment. I approached an unmaned reception desk, but was cheerfully greeted within mere seconds by a young man who asked how he could help me and asked me to sign in. As I signed in electronically via my cellular number (sanitizer was available), a nail tech also appeared smiling and ready to help. She led me to her booth. I absolutely love my nails every time I come and get them done, but this time really was the icing on the cake😊 John Vo always makes sure my nails are so pretty and exactly how I like them!
I received excellent customer service during my visit. Everything was done on a timely manner, with professional and friendly customer service. I highly recommend using this business.
