I arrived at this salon at 11:00 AM. It was not packed at all. I selected to get a new gel x full set by Ken(take off required for old set) and a pedicure. She stated Ken had an appointment but she would fit me in before the appointment. I was taken to get a pedicure in under 5 minutes. I enjoyed my pedicure and was very pleased with the service rendered. When it was time for me to get my full set, they did not assign Ken to me. Walk-in pedicure with no chip $55. Shea was great, took time to buff away rough spots, massage was just right, and the polish was perfect.
I enjoyed the colada pedicure, great experience. The expresso martini was good as well! I didnt have the best experience with the manicure but the staff promptly reached out and offered to make it right which I appreciate.
