I have had some bad experiences here also. I had to try a couple different stylist until I found the one that works for me. Barbie is Awesome!!! Look for the tall Blonde in the front. She always makes sure I/ client's are satisfied. Never had to wait long. Doesnt overbook clients.

There is a lady in the back up the stairs named Amelia. Stay far away from her. She tried to charge me $75 to wash and style my 9 year old daughter's hair when I was quoted $45. I told her I'd pay $50 she was pissed. She was screaming at me over the church music playing in the background, took the $50 from me and then said she was going to also take some curls out of her hair. Don't never get your hair done in a sew in by this lady name Keke. Got my sew in done April 8 and was old in three days. I never experience nothing like that in my life. I been getting sew ins in my head for years. Went there patiently and let them know what happen and the owners of the shop didn't even fix the situation. He told me it didn't have nothing to do with him, I have to talk to her. I'm so pissed I had to pay for a sew in for 150 dollars and it didn't even last a week in my head.
