Last week, my partner took my nephew in as a walk in to get his haircut. This was the first time we had been in. They signed in on the walk-in sheet. They sat /stood there for 15 minutes. Not one person greeted them. Finally, someone leaving, pointed to someone in the corner, mentioned they can help you. Then nothing. So they left. Great first impression.
